This policy explains how Newlywed Diary (https://newlywed-diary.nacn.app/, "this game") handles information about its users.
Information stored in your browser
This game stores the following information, which it needs in order to be played, only in your browser (localStorage). It is never sent to our servers.
- Your save in progress: your starting settings (gender, age, savings, income and work style) and your game progress (the choices you made, the diary and your household finances)
- Your endings and achievements record: the endings, titles and achievements you've seen, how many times you've played, and your best net worth
- Settings: whether to show year-end finances, and the default speed
- Your chosen language (lang) and whether you closed the language suggestion (lang-suggest-closed). These are shared across all nacn.app sites
You can erase this information with "Delete data" in Settings, or by clearing your browser data.

Cookie consent
For visitors from countries where prior consent is required, such as Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, we show a cookie consent notice at the bottom of the screen and do not use Google Analytics cookies until you agree. Until then, basic measurements that do not use cookies (such as the fact that a page was opened) are still sent to Google. For visitors from the EU, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the game is shown with cookies turned off.
Your choice is saved in a cookie shared by all nacn.app sites (nacn_consent, kept for about 13 months). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the title screen.
Information you send through the contact form
Information you send through the contact form (Google Forms), such as your message and email address, is used only to reply to you and is not used for any other purpose.
